Property Consultant

About the role

Luxury Concierge Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant to join its boutique team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will work in a premium office environment, leveraging full operational support and developer access to serve high‑net‑worth clients who view property as a lifestyle statement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their lifestyle and investment goals.
• Provide market intelligence and discreet advisory services for off‑plan and ready‑to‑move properties.
• Organise and present developer roadshows, ensuring clients receive exclusive opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring commission is paid in the same month the SPA is signed.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and collaborate with marketing to position yourself as a market authority.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real‑estate sales or 3 + years in UHNW client relationship roles with a proven track record.
• Fluent English; additional fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong network, high professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
