Property Consultant

About the role

Crystal Avenue Real Estate is expanding its team in Dubai and seeks a motivated Property Consultant to join a fast‑growing environment. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients, providing expert advice on sales, rentals, and investment opportunities across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with affluent clients and investors.
• Advise clients on property sales, rentals, and investment strategies.
• Conduct market research to support pricing and positioning.
• Manage property listings, arrange viewings, and negotiate deals.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate, banking, or finance (preferred).
• Proven sales track record with ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and RERA certification are a plus.

Required skills

• Social media skills for personal branding and lead generation.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
