Property Consultant - Off-Plan Sales

About the role

Daytona Properties is looking for a full-time Property Consultant in Dubai to source, qualify and close deals on off-plan and secondary-market properties. The role covers the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, and requires meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and qualify leads for off-plan and secondary market sales
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing
• Conduct property viewings, client presentations and project briefings
• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Stay up to date on the Dubai real estate market, trends, pricing and legal regulations
• Promote and secure exclusive projects for Daytona Properties
• Use the company CRM to manage and follow up leads
• Coordinate with Marketing, Admin and Management for transaction support
• Attend training, coaching and market briefings, and represent the company at networking events

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan, secondary and/or rentals)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets; freshers with strong sales skills and a willingness to learn are also considered
• Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, French, Urdu, Hindi or Chinese preferred
• Preferred: experience in prime areas such as Dubai Marina, Downtown, Dubai South, Dubai Land, JVC/JVT/JLT, villas and townhouses, and a network of Pakistani, Indian, Chinese or UK investors

Required skills

• Familiarity with Dubai Real Estate Law, RERA and property transaction processes
• CRM proficiency (Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut CRM or equivalent)
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
