Property Consultant - Off-Plan & Secondary Residential

About the role

West Coast Properties is expanding its sales floor in Dubai and is hiring Property Consultants, Real Estate Specialists and Sales Agents. The role is 100% commission-based, uncapped, with tiered commission slabs that rise as revenue grows. Candidates must be currently in the UAE and able to attend an in-person interview in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and manage buyer, seller and investor leads across off-plan and secondary residential and commercial markets.
• Conduct property viewings, developer showroom visits and client consultations to match investors with high-ROI opportunities.
• Negotiate offers, terms and payment structures to take transactions from inquiry to transfer or booking.
• Build your own listing portfolio and pipeline through networking, cold outreach and social media.
• Maintain accurate client updates and pipeline tracking in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant or Leasing/Sales Executive in Dubai is a strong advantage; automotive, hospitality, aviation, luxury retail or B2B sales backgrounds are also encouraged.
• Fluent, confident spoken and written English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Persian, Hindi/Urdu, French or German is a major plus.
• Self-starter mentality, understanding that earnings depend on work ethic in a commission-only role.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are highly preferred but not strictly mandatory.
