Property Consultant (Persian Speaker)

About the role
The Property Consultant will advise clients on residential and commercial properties in Dubai, conduct viewings and provide market insights tailored to client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Prepare and update property listings and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support marketing activities.
Required profile
- Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge with data‑driven advice.
- Excellent communication in Persian and English, both verbal and written.
- Proven sales skills, including lead management, negotiation and meeting revenue targets.
- Knowledge of Dubai/UAE property laws and market dynamics is preferred.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field is an advantage.
