About the role
The Property Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, advising clients on residential and commercial properties, conducting viewings and managing inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and present suitable property options.
- Negotiate offers and support clients through sales or leasing transactions.
- Maintain and update property listings and stay informed about local market trends.
- Build and nurture a network of clients and collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge, especially in the Dubai market.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Proven sales ability, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using online property portals.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
