Property Consultant – Residential Sales & Rentals

About the role

The Property Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, guiding clients through residential property purchases, sales and rentals. You will receive comprehensive training and support, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates with or without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present tailored property options to clients.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities and rental yields.
• Prepare and manage documentation, follow‑up on leads and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships while working towards sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory mindset with a client‑centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident presentation abilities.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to manage expectations.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude, including negotiation, lead generation and closing deals.
