Property Consultant – Yas Island & Saadiyat Island Specialist

About the role

MD Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant who will act as the go‑to specialist for Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. You will manage a portfolio of resale and off‑plan properties, build relationships with owners, buyers and investors, and drive transactions from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of quality resale and off‑plan properties on Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
• Prospect consistently to secure new listings and business opportunities.
• Advise clients on market trends, price appreciation, rental yields and investment potential.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiate offers through to successful closing.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update client interactions in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real‑estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of closed resale and off‑plan transactions on Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island.
• Strong knowledge of the islands’ communities, developments, pricing and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑relationship skills.
