Property Manager – Retail Portfolio

About the role

Alshaya Group is seeking an experienced, commercially‑focused Property Manager to support its rapid expansion across the UAE. The role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and mixed‑use properties while driving site selection, acquisitions and lease negotiations for new store openings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a portfolio of retail, commercial and mixed‑use properties across the UAE.
• Support store expansion through site identification, evaluation, acquisition and feasibility studies.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and maintain landlord relationships.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy costs, service charges and operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on fit‑out, refurbishment and relocation projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail property management, leasing or real‑estate experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong understanding of retail property acquisition, portfolio management and site selection.
• Proven negotiation, financial analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE real‑estate regulations and commercial leasing practices.
