Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Lyra Health is expanding its MENA operations and needs a Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator to grow and manage its network of mental‑health and wellness professionals across the region. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for identifying, contracting, and onboarding new providers such as psychologists, lawyers, financial coaches, and dieticians.

Key responsibilities

• Assess administrative needs and build specialty‑based provider networks across the 17 MENA countries.
• Schedule interviews, manage onboarding paperwork, and prepare contract templates for diverse professional categories.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new network professionals.
• Maintain strong relationships with contracted partners to ensure satisfaction and compliance with Lyra MENA protocols.
• Work autonomously to guarantee the provider network supports all operational requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in recruitment or provider network management.
• Ability to navigate contracting across varying regulatory environments.
• Experience living and working in the MENA region.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
