About the role
The Public Relations Officer will ensure that all employee immigration documentation is processed efficiently and in line with organizational policies. This role supports the hospital’s workforce by handling visa‑related matters and acting as a bridge between staff, HR functions, and government entities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage work permit applications, residence visa renewals, Emirates ID issuance, amendments and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate government records and ensure all transactions comply with UAE regulations.
- Act as the operational liaison between employees, People functions, government authorities and approved service providers.
- Coordinate with approved service providers to facilitate document processing and keep internal databases up‑to‑date.
- Monitor timelines to guarantee timely completion of all visa‑related processes.
