Purchase Executive – Fit Out & Facilities Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of fit‑out, facilities and maintenance requirements through Coupa. The role works closely with project, facilities and requesting teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions in Coupa, confirming scope, specifications, quantities and delivery timelines before sourcing.
• Clarify incomplete or unclear requirements with the requesting division and keep requisition status updated.
• Identify suitable UAE suppliers, issue RFQs/RFPs via Coupa and obtain comparable offers within required timelines.
• Coordinate technical reviews, sample evaluations or site visits with the business owner.
• Prepare commercial comparisons, support negotiations and document recommended suppliers for approval.
• Maintain accurate Coupa records of quotations, communications, approvals and procurement savings.
• Support supplier registration and onboarding processes.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, GRNs, invoices and payments, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, quantity surveying or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE market.
• Experience in fit‑out, construction, MEP services or facilities management is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to review technical‑commercial documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Coupa or a similar e‑procurement system.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Supplier sourcing, commercial comparison and negotiation capabilities.
