Purchasing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The F&B Purchasing Manager oversees procurement and supply‑chain activities for C2i’s food and beverage concepts, ensuring continuous supply of quality products while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily purchasing for multiple restaurant concepts, consolidating requirements to achieve economies of scale.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, delivery and service KPIs and manage relationships with approved vendors.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce waste and drive food‑cost efficiencies through purchasing analysis.
• Coordinate with chefs, restaurant managers, finance, warehouse and logistics to align procurement with operational needs.
• Partner with Corporate Procurement on strategic sourcing, tendering and supplier onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in hospitality/F&B.
• Experience supporting multiple restaurant concepts and using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, FMC or similar).
• UAE hospitality experience preferred.
