QA Lead – Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead – Automation with 8–10 years of experience to lead a QA team while remaining highly hands‑on technically. The role involves designing Java‑Selenium automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD integration and mentoring engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java + Selenium automation frameworks and test scripts for functional, regression and integration testing.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of QA engineers, allocate tasks, review deliverables and ensure QA processes and standards.
• Define test strategy, test plans and overall QA approach, manage defect lifecycle and coordinate with development teams.
• Perform API testing using Postman/REST Assured and database validation with SQL.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and monitor execution.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of overall QA/testing experience, including 2+ years in QA team leadership.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and handling enterprise applications.
