QA/QC Assistant (Food Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated QA/QC Assistant to join our Quality Assurance team in a food manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and the Compliance Supervisor to ensure that all production processes and products comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance and Compliance Supervisor in daily quality activities.
• Conduct laboratory and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Perform facility inspections and assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date quality documentation and records.
• Help implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, and other food safety systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related science.
• 1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG setting (internship or entry‑level acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Ability to perform basic laboratory and microbiological testing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication abilities.
