QA/QC Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will lead quality assurance and control activities for piling and foundation works across our construction projects in the UAE. The role requires immediate availability and close collaboration with consultants, clients, and on‑site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review method statements, quality documentation, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct inspections of reinforcement, pile construction, concrete works, and foundation activities.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients, and prepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action documents.
• Monitor testing activities including concrete, bentonite, grout, steel reinforcement, and pile testing.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records and support internal and external audits.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with construction and HSE teams to ensure safety and quality integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–8 years of QA/QC experience on piling and foundation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, quality procedures, and construction standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
