QA/QC Engineer – Fit Out Projects

About the role

Ardent Build Partners is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join an established fit‑out contractor in Dubai, delivering commercial, hospitality and residential interiors. The role involves ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and QA/QC records.
• Inspect finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions and flooring on site.
• Raise and close out Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and site observations.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities.
• Check material deliveries against approved submittals and samples.
• Manage snagging and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience with a UAE fit‑out contractor.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out finishes and installation standards.
• Confident working with consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Based in the UAE, preferably with a 1‑month notice period.
