QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on ensuring that all bridge construction and related infrastructure projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular quality audits, system reviews and operational checks to verify compliance with specifications.
• Perform and document Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and System Integration Tests (SIT).
• Analyse performance metrics, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, non‑conformance reports (NCR), corrective‑preventive action plans and change‑control documentation.
• Establish risk assessment protocols and quality checkpoints in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and system documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders during quality escalations and provide training on quality awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer or related field).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and compliance.
• Experience in QA/QC activities within construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements during audit activities.
