QA/QC Engineer – Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality of products and services delivered to our clients. The role involves implementing the company’s quality management system, conducting inspections, and managing documentation in line with contract and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, implement and manage QA/QC programmes according to the company’s quality policy.
• Control technical submittals, drawings and documents, ensuring proper validation, issue, amendment and recall.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and record results as required by contract plans and specifications.
• Work with the Project Manager to stop work when non‑conformities are identified and release stop‑work orders after corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for material approvals, inspection requests, shop drawings and as‑built documentation.
• Assist in internal quality audits and raise Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) when deviations occur.
• Prepare corrective action reports (CAR) for NCRs, audit findings and customer complaints.
• Conduct QHSE site visits to ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Perform raw material inspections and quality assessments of incoming and outgoing items, including fabricated pressure vessels, valve stations, pump stations and skids.
• Develop Method Statements for project scopes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or manufacturing.
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor.
• Familiarity with ASME Section VIII Division 1.
• ASNT NDT Level II certification.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector.
