QA/QC Manager – Mechanical (EPC Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across our EPC Oil & Gas projects. The role is strategic, ensuring compliance with international standards and client‑specific requirements such as ADNOC and Saudi Aramco.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for QA/QC across all projects and define quality policies and objectives.
• Maintain and enhance a Documentum‑based Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure its consistent implementation.
• Guarantee company‑wide compliance with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, ISO 9001, ASME, API and other relevant standards.
• Allocate QA/QC resources across Mechanical, Welding, NDE, Civil and E&I disciplines.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor audits, support procurement, construction and fabrication activities.
• Monitor, audit and report key quality performance indicators to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of QA/QC experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior QA/QC management role.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC and Saudi Aramco standards; familiarity with ASME, API and ISO 9001.
