QC Inspector – Factory (Modular Construction)

About the role

DuPod is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support quality assurance and control processes within its factory that produces modular building pods. The role involves inspecting incoming materials, in‑process production stages, and finished components to ensure they meet approved drawings, specifications, and the company’s high‑quality standards before shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal quality inspections for incoming materials, in‑process production stages, and finished products prior to dispatch.
• Verify that cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections with production teams, supervisors, and QA/QC engineers for stage‑wise approvals.
• Identify and report non‑conformances (NCRs), support root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action processes.
• Monitor factory processes to ensure consistency in workmanship and finishing standards.
• Maintain and organize QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, and testing records.
• Ensure traceability of materials, components, and finished products through proper documentation and labeling.
• Support third‑party inspections and factory audits by preparing documentation and facilitating the inspection process.
• Verify that received materials meet approved submittals and specifications before use.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) within factory operations.
• Conduct final quality checks on completed pods or components prior to handover to logistics.

Required profile

• Experience performing QA/QC inspections in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Familiarity with inspection documentation, non‑conformance reporting, and traceability procedures.
• Ability to work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.
