QHSE Officer (Healthcare)

About the role

The QHSE Officer will support the improvement, development and maintenance of Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDSP) and health and safety standards across MPC warehouses. The role works closely with operations teams to ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health regulations and international guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain GDSP standards and procedures in line with UAE MOH regulations.
• Coordinate annual GDSP training with HR and line managers and deliver training on quality SOPs and safety requirements.
• Monitor labelling procedures and ensure personnel competency.
• Manage product recall and hold activities with warehouse managers.
• Raise and track internal CAPAs, ensuring effectiveness and closure.
• Prepare warehouses for health authority inspections, principal audits and visits.
• Ensure safety and environmental procedures are consistently applied across all warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Quality Management, Industrial Safety or related field.
• 3‑5 years of QHSE experience in pharmaceutical, logistics or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE MOH regulations and GDSP best practices.
• Experience conducting training programs and managing audits, inspections and CAPA processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
