Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager will lead accreditation, regulatory compliance and institutional effectiveness for a British university’s Dubai campus, reporting to the Founding Director & CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CAA accreditation, institutional licensure, self‑study reports and external review preparation.
• Ensure compliance with CAA, OBEF, KHDA and MoHESR requirements and coordinate HEDB/HEDS submissions.
• Develop quality assurance frameworks, institutional KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Support learning outcome assessment, benchmarking and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with regulators, senior leadership and UK home‑campus colleagues.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of relevant experience within UAE higher education.
• Hands‑on experience with CAA accreditation, self‑study preparation and regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of outcome‑based education, learning outcome assessment and institutional effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams or cross‑functional workstreams and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
