About the role
Dautom, an IT consulting partner, is recruiting a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking (IBMB) platforms, focusing on localization, regional compliance and Arabic UI/UX. The position is onsite in Sharjah, with an immediate to 30-day notice period.
Key responsibilities
- Validate Right-to-Left (RTL) layout rendering and flawless Arabic localization across iOS, Android and web platforms.
- Execute usability and omnichannel integration testing to ensure consistent customer journeys.
- Audit digital builds against CBUAE accessibility and customer protection mandates before user acceptance testing.
Required profile
- 5-8 years of experience in mobile or digital banking QA.
- Fluent in Arabic and English banking terminology.
- Preferred certifications: Mobile Application Testing (CMAP) and ISTQB Foundation.
Required skills
- Deep mobile ecosystem knowledge.
- UI/UX testing.
- Localization and internationalization frameworks.
