About the role
The Quality Control & Food Safety Officer will ensure that all bakery and frozen food products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and hygiene throughout production and packaging.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor food safety, product quality and hygiene across production lines.
- Conduct inspections, maintain records and support internal audits.
- Coordinate corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train staff on food safety and hygiene procedures.
Required profile
- Male candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory HACCP Level 4 and UAE Food Safety Level 4 or 5 certifications.
- Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or Microbiology preferred.
