Quality Controller – Automotive Aftersales

About the role
The Quality Controller ensures that all vehicles leaving the service centre meet the highest standards of workmanship. You will perform final inspections, road tests and verify that all reported issues have been resolved before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct final inspections and road tests on serviced or repaired vehicles.
- Review job cards and customer complaints to confirm that all problems are fixed.
- Collaborate with Technicians, Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors to address defects and minimise repeat repairs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of automotive workshop or after‑sales experience, preferably as a Quality Controller, Senior Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and diagnostic systems.
- Automotive Diploma/Technical qualification and a valid UAE driving licence.
