Quality Controller – Bottled Water

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Quality Controller to join our 5‑gallon bottled water manufacturing unit. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of our water through rigorous monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse water treatment processes, including chemical and microbiology parameters.
• Conduct regular food‑safety training sessions for staff.
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Oversee CIP sanitation, hygiene schedules, and related procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive records in accordance with HACCP, ESMA, and DM requirements.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bottled water manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of water treatment, microbiology, and food‑safety standards.
• Ability to work accurately under regulatory guidelines.
