Quality Controller – Wooden Factory

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to oversee the quality of all wooden products manufactured in its dedicated workshop. You will play a critical role in ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished items meet the highest standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw wood, boards and other materials before they enter production.
• Monitor production processes throughout the wooden factory to maintain consistent quality.
• Verify that joinery, finishing, polishing and assembly meet defined standards.
• Check dimensions, surface finishes and workmanship against shop drawings.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain accurate quality inspection reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a wooden factory or joinery environment.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, finishes and joinery processes.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
