Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support final inspection, certification and specialised testing activities, ensuring our products meet stringent customer, regulatory and international quality requirements. The role will involve hands‑on work with process control equipment, contributing to product reliability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final inspections and certifications in line with IPO requirements, project specifications and applicable standards.
• Conduct special testing such as Fugitive Emissions, Cryogenic and Cv testing to satisfy customer and regulatory demands.
• Develop site‑specific procedures and forms for special testing and factory acceptance testing.
• Prepare, review and maintain inspection records, test reports and certification documentation with full traceability.
• Coordinate customer and third‑party inspections, witness testing and drive inspection comments to closure.
• Act as CSN Champion, managing communication, leading fix resolution and supporting root‑cause analysis.
• Support plant quality operations by resolving inspection, testing and documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, safety requirements and certified procedures.
• Collaborate with Dubai Plant and MEA FCV Quality organisations to promote consistent quality practices.

• Clear and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Final inspection and certification experience.
• Special testing expertise: Fugitive Emissions, Cryogenic, Cv testing.
• Support for customer and third‑party inspections.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as PED, ATEX, ISO.
• Strong documentation and traceability practices.
