Quality Engineer Manager – Global Data Center

About the role

Eaton is seeking a senior Quality Engineer Manager to lead the end‑to‑end quality framework for post‑order execution across its Global Data Center Segment. Based in Dubai, the role serves as a global coordination hub, ensuring quality is built into delivery rather than inspected after the fact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global post‑order quality strategy aligned with segment priorities and Eaton enterprise standards.
• Establish a single, scalable quality framework covering assurance, testing, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Post Order Director, Services, Engineering, PMO, OPEX and other functions to embed quality standards across regions and customers.
• Govern global quality metrics, drive corrective actions, and lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Act as the senior global accountable leader for quality outcomes, supporting growth with hyperscale and colocation data‑center customers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in quality management within a global, multi‑regional environment.
• Strong understanding of post‑order processes, testing rigor, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence across functions and time zones.
