Quality Inspector

About the role

Silq is seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to perform on‑site inspections at manufacturing facilities worldwide. You will ensure products meet buyer specifications and international quality standards before they are shipped.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑process and final inspections at production sites.
• Identify, classify and document product defects using applicable inspection standards and AQL sampling plans.
• Verify products against approved samples, drawings, purchase orders and buyer requirements.
• Check workmanship, dimensions, functionality, labeling, packaging, quantity and other product criteria.
• Capture photographic evidence and generate detailed inspection reports through a smartphone app.
• Maintain professionalism, unbiased reporting and confidentiality on every assignment.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control or manufacturing.
• Background with buying houses, inspection agencies, exporters, manufacturers or similar organisations.
• Technical diploma or degree in a manufacturing‑related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot deviations from specifications.
