Quantitative Analyst – Data Engineering & Research Support

About the role

This position supports quantitative researchers by ensuring high‑quality datasets, building internal tools, and streamlining research workflows. You will work in a fast‑paced, technically‑rich environment that values data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, validate, clean, and maintain datasets used in research and production environments.
• Monitor production systems, analyze logs, and investigate data or system inconsistencies.
• Support ad‑hoc research requests and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Design and build internal tools, scripts, and automation utilities using Python.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to improve research infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity for understanding technical systems.
• Background in STEM fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming with clean, maintainable code.
• Proficiency in Pandas for data manipulation.
• Proficiency in NumPy for numerical analysis.
