Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, prepare Bills of Quantities and certify works across all project phases, working closely with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare draft cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities at all design stages.
• Review and validate BOQ from concept to final drawings.
• Support tendering, pre‑qualification and RFI processes.
• Prepare project cash‑flow documents and report actual versus projected costs.
• Certify on‑site work, apply contract deductions and coordinate payments with finance.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC terms and ensure contractor compliance.
• Prepare final account settlements, close‑out reports and contract formalities.
• Maintain historical cost databases, perform risk assessments and financial evaluations of tenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in fit‑out projects.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception to final account closure.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts; Chartered status (RICS) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract administration.
