About the role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and in compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and produce reports on cost performance.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they stay within budget.
• Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
• Prepare tender documentation and evaluate bids from contractors.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide advice on procurement strategies and construction methods.
