About the role
Careers International is hiring a full-time Quantity Surveyor in Dubai for MEP fit-out projects. The role covers cost preparation, variation tracking, tender evaluation and account coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works
- Track project variations, claims and costs
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors and the procurement team
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents and bids
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Coordinate with engineers on scope of work clarification
Required profile
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering
- Fit-out project experience is a must
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience
- UAE driving licence required
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical costing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and quantity take-off software
