Quantity Surveyor (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Archirodon is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (Civil/Mechanical/E&I) to join its team in the UAE for the West to East Pipeline (WEP) project. The role involves preparing BOQs, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate measurement and payment processes for EPC works in the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for EPC projects in oil & gas.
• Compile and maintain supporting documents, signed NRI, QS sheets, and progress records.
• Liaise with engineers and employer’s quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments.
• Prepare contract final measures and payment applications at completion.
• Verify subcontractor measurements and payment applications.
• Coordinate with all project sections on quantity measurement, recording, and reporting.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Oil & Gas experience, specifically ADNOC, is mandatory.
• Experience on pipeline projects is an asset.
• Organized, committed, detail‑oriented and a strong team player.
• Analytical thinker with problem‑solving skills.
• Strong report writing and communication abilities.
