Radiographer | Sonographer

About the role

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is hiring one Radiographer / Sonographer. The main purpose of the role is to perform radiographic procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine radiographic and ultrasound procedures within set guidelines and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional guidance, care and support to patients.
• Maintain patient records according to policy and statutory requirements.
• Ensure patient safety principles and practices are followed in line with patient care standards.
• Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance functions are performed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound or Sonography, or a Bachelor's degree in Radiography, Radiology Technology or Medical Imaging, plus a post-primary certificate or diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of expertise.

Required skills

• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft).
• Knowledge of patient safety standards.
