Real Estate Agent – Luxury Property Specialist

About the role

KATAL Property Investment is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will focus on luxury property transactions, guiding high‑net‑worth clients through buying, selling and investment processes while upholding the company’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and present premium property opportunities to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market analysis.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and update the company’s property listings and CRM database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate smooth transaction flow.
• Support marketing initiatives and promote the brand’s values in client interactions.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and thorough knowledge of UAE property regulations.
• Proven sales track record with strong lead‑generation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills
