About the role
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client transactions, and building lasting relationships in a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously follow up with leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Oversee the closing process, delivering an efficient and smooth transaction experience for clients.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up to nurture client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Provide superior service and advice, encouraging referrals and long‑term loyalty.
- Actively engage in networking activities to acquire new clients.
Required profile
- Proven direct sales experience in the real estate industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market with a successful sales track record.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages (e.g., Persian, Chinese, European languages) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and a valid UAE driving license.
