Real Estate Broker – Off‑Plan & Secondary Sales

About the role

WILL & RICH Real Estate is seeking motivated brokers to drive off‑plan and secondary property sales in Dubai. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while delivering a high level of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of buyers, sellers and investors.
• Qualify client needs, present suitable properties and provide market insights.
• Arrange viewings, conduct project presentations and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate transaction documentation and maintain accurate client records.
• Generate repeat and referral business through strong relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales, with a track record of closed transactions.
• Experience in Dubai off‑plan or secondary‑market sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and disciplined follow‑up.
• Professional communication and accountability for outcomes.
