Real Estate Consultant / Sales Executive

About the role

GuideX Properties LLC is expanding its brokerage team in Dubai and is looking for a motivated Real Estate Consultant / Sales Executive. The role involves handling incoming client leads, conducting property viewings, and advising investors on market trends across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and manage incoming customer leads from initial inquiry through to deal closure.
• Conduct property viewings, present unit specifications and provide tailored market consultations.
• Guide clients through acquisition, sales agreements and leasing procedures.
• Monitor Dubai real‑estate market developments, price trends and new off‑plan launches.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining an up‑to‑date CRM database.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in real‑estate brokerage or general sales is preferred, though strong sales aptitude is essential.
• Excellent negotiation, lead conversion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and client management.
