Real Estate Development Leader – Masterplanned Projects

About the role

Join a leading master developer in the UAE to drive large‑scale master‑planned projects. You will shape the development strategy, align it with business objectives, and ensure maximum returns while mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams in the conceptualisation and execution of development projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines.
• Manage relationships with investors, government authorities and strategic partners to secure approvals and smooth execution.
• Provide strategic guidance on design and master‑planning, aligning projects with market demand and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales and marketing teams to realise the project vision and optimise market penetration.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimise processes and workflows within the development function.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations and best practices to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee project budgets and financial forecasts, tracking expenditure and revenue to maximise profitability.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, integrating environmental and social considerations into project planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 18 + years of experience in real‑estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong project‑management capability and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• In‑depth knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws and permitting processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
