Real Estate Lawyer (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support for property transactions, development projects, leasing activities, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate real estate agreements such as sale‑purchase, lease and development contracts.
• Provide legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and other property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations and government requirements.
• Conduct legal due diligence on real estate deals and development projects.
• Liaise with external counsel, government authorities and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Assist internal teams in resolving real estate‑related disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree or specialization is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate legislation, property regulations and contractual frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
