Real Estate Photographer & Videographer

About the role

C B A Real Estate is looking for a creative Photographer/Videographer to produce high‑quality visual content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns. You will manage the full production process from concept planning to final delivery, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties using professional equipment.
• Shoot and edit property videos, walkthroughs, cinematic tours, reels, and short‑form social media content.
• Film real estate agents for presentations, personal branding, and promotional material.
• Plan creative concepts, shot lists, angles, and compositions.
• Retouch photographs and perform video post‑production including music, captions, graphics, voice‑overs, and color correction.
• Produce both horizontal and vertical content optimized for various platforms.
• Organize footage, photographs, project files, and maintain content archives.
• Deliver content within deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency in video editing and post‑production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Ability to create engaging short‑form content for social media and work independently from concept to final product.
• Strong attention to detail, visual creativity, and effective communication skills.
