About the role

Rocky Real Estate Brokerage, an established buyer‑focused brokerage in Dubai, is looking for motivated individuals to join its sales team. You will work in a tax‑free, uncapped commission environment, supported by in‑house lead generation and comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Provide market insights, investment advice, and negotiate transactions on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Manage client portfolios and deliver ongoing support throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Strong determination, result‑driven mindset and positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious team player with a solid work ethic.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or any client‑facing role.
• International driving licence and confident professional communication style.
