Real Estate Team Leader

About the role

La Capitale Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to head a group of agents in its Media City office in Dubai. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on driving sales performance, mentoring agents and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and mentor a team of 2‑3 or more RERA‑certified agents.
• Monitor key performance indicators, pipeline activity and conversion rates across the team.
• Support agents in closing off‑plan and secondary market deals.
• Qualify leads and manage them through the company’s CRM system.
• Oversee transaction processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Contribute to personal billing while maintaining a strong market presence.
• Identify and implement marketing and business development strategies.

Required profile

• Proven billing and leadership background in real estate.
• Experience recruiting and managing a team of agents.
• Strong knowledge of off‑plan and secondary market transactions.
• Up‑to‑date understanding of Dubai market trends, legislation and RERA regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM platform for lead management.
