Real Estate Telecaller – Dubai

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to promote Indian real‑estate projects to clients worldwide from our Dubai office. The role focuses on generating sales leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting prospects into buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and qualify potential buyers for Indian properties.
- Present project details, pricing and investment benefits over the phone.
- Maintain and update the CRM with call outcomes and client information.
- Follow up on qualified leads supplied by the marketing team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in the Indian real‑estate sector.
- Experience dealing with NRI or HNI clients is preferred.
- Currently residing in Dubai as the position is office‑based.
