About the role
The Receptionist in the Aftersales Department ensures customers receive top‑level service via email, phone or in‑person interactions, supporting the company’s customer service goals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all incoming telephone calls, record details and forward to the appropriate team members.
- Provide excellent service through email, phone and walk‑in interactions, resolving queries promptly.
- Log calls with time, date and caller information to maintain accurate records.
- Assist drop‑in customers efficiently and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service.
Required profile
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
- Pleasant, proactive and motivated attitude.

- Problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with IT systems used for customer service.
- High adaptability across multiple service channels.
