Receptionist and Parent Liaison Officer

About the role

Sunmarke School is seeking a Receptionist and Parent Liaison Officer to act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage front‑desk operations, and support effective communication between parents and the school community, in line with the school’s Positive Education ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage telephone calls, emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members promptly.
• Provide parents with clear information about school programmes, admissions procedures, events and policies.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, visitor logs and other administrative documentation.
• Promote a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects the school’s character‑building and positive education values.
