About the role
As the first point of contact for guests, the Receptionist ensures a memorable stay from arrival to departure, delivering personalized service in a 5‑star resort environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities.
- Provide personalized experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using the Opera system.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of reception experience in a 5‑star resort in the UAE.
- Multi‑lingual abilities (Arabic, German, Russian, French) are a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with guests and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Prior experience with the Opera property management system is mandatory.
